Delivery to Your Front Door, Even on the Tightest Terraced Street
Kits come by courier to your front door, anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. We'll confirm delivery prices, the courier and timings when ordering opens.
How your kit turns up
One flat box per kit, brought to your front door. From there it's down the hall and through to the yard, so have a second person ready.
You'll get the dispatch date in your confirmation email. Once the courier's confirmed, we'll add their tracking and contact details too.

Narrow streets, no parking, no problem
Terraced streets with cars both sides are normal round here. At checkout there's a box for notes to the driver: tell us about parking, steps up to the door, or a back gate on the entry that's easier.
- Someone aged 18 or over needs to be in to take it.
- Clear the hall before it arrives.
- If the box looks damaged, write "damaged" when you sign, take photos and tell us.
Named-day and weekend options
We'll only offer a named day or a weekend slot if the courier does. We'll tell you which options there are when ordering opens, before you pay.
Not in? Here's what happens
The courier's missed-delivery process applies. Once the courier's confirmed, we'll set out exactly what that is here and in your confirmation email. Until then, the easy fix is a note for the driver at checkout and someone at home on the day.
We can't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, because plug-in solar can't be connected there.
